At first I had a pleasant experience with dream spring and that has completely gone in the garbage. I was thankful to receive a small 20k loan with dream spring when I was first starting my business. It can be extremely difficult as a new business to obtain the funding you need. I kind of blindly accepted the loan with 21% interest (and that was with a good credit score) because I couldn’t get funding elsewhere. That is basically highway robbery!! And the loan had high closing costs. But that’s not all - I have now paid my loan down to a low remaining balance and have tried to contact dream spring for over three weeks with no one returning my calls or emails. Now that my business is operational and I’ve paid down my debt significantly I wanted to reapply for a line of credit or see if I could get another loan with a better interest rate to pay off the little remaining balance and get a little more working cap. My application was auto denied which I believe is a mistake (I’ve paid my loan down over $18k with on time payments) - I emailed and called multiple times trying to talk to anyone about the situation but cannot get any return communication. If you can obtain better interest rates elsewhere I recommend staying away from dream spring. Ive finally worked with another bank who will be getting my business 105k 12% interest 10 years. The closing costs for the 105k is the same for the 20k I got with dream spring.

Very good company to work with, my loan officer Felicia Edmon was excellent i highly recommend talk to her, very kind, good communication(calls and/or emails) almost every day during the process, although the interest rate it is a little high everywhere they could help me to achieve my company's goal. even if they wouldn't have approved me for the loan still recommend Dream Springs. Thank you so much specially to Felicia for her good communication, her time and her help!

Horrible company- still can't verify if they are real. Applied for financing and sent them all requested documents required electronically- over 1 month goes by with dozens of calls and voice-mails to see how the process works and was 100% unsuccessfully able to get someone to call back after having all my personal info, only to find out today that they aren't moving forward with my application via email with no actual answers. Only information that existed up until today was application pending. Ikazu was the rep who was never working apparently. Save yourself the headache - I believe the people posting reviews are paid.

absolutely the worst financial services company. Do NOT use them. their customer service people "bankers" as the answering service calls them wont answer their phones. It takes them more than 3 days to respond to anything. They sat on my payoff for more than 10 days doing absolutely noting until I started firing off email wars because I got a later notice. I had to surrender my title when I got the loan (not unusual) but when I sold it, they handed it off to the DMV and said it'll be 3 weeks before I'll get the title - when they have my title. customer service with this firm is non existent.

They did not assign an one to my case for like a week then he took a week to contact me, then he would request something, one thing a day I asked for a phone call or how we can expedite the situation all of this was over a month everything was perfect except they were not honest about when they check your credit, they go in deep they even ask about medical bills but never asked about if I have collateral. The guy assigned to me was Immanuel if you see that name ask to be assigned elsewhere, either way they are good at dodging questions and rushing off the phone. This was a the beginning of new nightmare not a dream. I felt foolish after this like they sold me dream. But do what you want just might be able to help some one not waste time
